The idea
A choice made in one meeting can alter the conditions in which other people work. The first effect may be visible quickly; the next may appear in trust, silence, routine, or what a team learns to tolerate.
Following the echo means asking who encounters a decision after the leader leaves. It also means distinguishing intent from impact. The question is less about whether the original choice sounded right and more about what the system does with it over time.
Reflect
Who else experiences the consequences of a decision you made recently, including someone who was not in the room?
Apply
Trace one decision through three people or teams. Ask what changed for each, then identify one repair or reinforcement.
Return to the question after you have seen what your action produced.
